Service Fees and Health Insurance Coverage
Services are provided either online or at the client's home or care setting.
Currently, we are private pay only. We will begin accepting private insurance by Spring 2026. You can call your insurance company and ask if they will cover therapy services from an outside provider. If they do, we are happy to provide you with a monthly statement of services for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Private Pay Service Fees Effective January, 2026

Evaluation Package: $625 (includes formal testing, analysis, recommendations and goals with written report)

Therapy for speech/language/voice/swallowing (includes family and caregiver training):

$200 per hour, $150 for 45 minutes, $100 for 1/2 hour

For in-Home Concierge Visits: add $25-$50 contingent on the distance traveled to your location.
